Bra*Tenders has a 24-hour cancellation policy if you need to reschedule. If you do not call at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a $100 No Show fee on your credit card (have your personal credit card authorized, or we can take your card information when you schedule your appointment). Please note that after-hours and weekend appointments (those made by special arrangement) require 48 hours notice to cancel and a $100 No Show fee.
There are no returns or exchanges. Due to the intimate nature of lingerie and hosiery, all sales are final; however, Bra*Tenders does have an exchange policy for bridal bustiers and their matching bottoms: The original receipt is required for exchange within 30 days of purchase, the original tags must be in tact, and Bra*Tenders must determine that the garment is in new and perfect sellable condition. Store credit may be taken in lieu of immediate exchange, or it can be used towards the purchase of any item in the shop.
We have a very liberal Memo policy (also know as Studio Services) for those who wish to borrow goods for fittings or design decisions. All purchased items and/or special orders are Final Sale. Any exceptions must be authorized by Bra*Tenders. For the most part, we allow carte blanche to our theatrical, film, and TV clients, but because not all customers are regulars, published fees may apply when goods are borrowed "On Memo."
Products may be held for seven days at no charge unless prior arrangements are made. After a week until 12 days, Bra*Tenders will charge 15 percent of the product; after 13-20 days, 25 percent; and after 21-30 days, 35 percent. Items not returned within 30 days will be billed for full payment.
To take out products "On Memo," you must have an open account with Bra*Tenders (open an account) or have a credit card on file (get your credit card authorized). All items must be returned in new and perfect condition, with original tags in tact. Upon return, Bra*Tenders retains the right to charge full price for any items it deems not to be in perfect selling condition.
We are always ready to accommodate your special needs; however we cannot special order merchandise just for Memo purposes.
With regard to stylists, you're welcome to take as much product out of the store as you want. However, because of the amount of work involved in compiling the Memo goods, writing them up, and then re-stocking them, you will be expected to buy at least 20% of the total value of the Memo.
